For Prescribers

Individualized preparations, made in Victor, Montana to your prescription.

Send us a prescription

We prepare compounded medications from a valid prescription written by a licensed prescriber for an individual patient. You can reach us any of these ways during business hours:

To help us fill it without delay, please include the patient’s name, date of birth, and contact information; the medication, strength, dosage form, quantity, and directions; and your name, signature, contact information, and NPI, along with anything else state and federal law require on a prescription. If you would like the preparation made a particular way (for example, free of a dye or allergen), note that on the prescription.

What we compound

Our pharmacists prepare non-sterile compounded medications in the strengths and forms you prescribe. Each specialty below has its own page with more detail:

Working with you and your patients

If a commercially available strength or dosage form does not fit your patient, our pharmacists are glad to talk through what can be prepared, including strengths, dosage forms, and bases, before you write the prescription. We follow your prescription as written, and if you change a dose or form we will coordinate with your office. We may call you to clarify a prescription or to discuss a patient’s needs, as part of the pharmacist’s professional review of each order.

We ship to patients across the country, including refrigerated shipping with two-day delivery where a preparation needs it. Patients can also reach us directly with refill or transfer questions.

Questions about the prescriber portal

We offer a HIPAA-compliant prescriber portal. Call us at (406) 642-3743 and we will help you get set up.

Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient on a valid prescription and are not FDA-approved. Our pharmacists make a professional decision about each prescription. Information on this page is general and is not medical advice.
